Hello and welcome to vexelove's shiny new submission guidelines blog! :dummy: Here you can find the general guidelines on what you can submit, what will be rejected, and how you can submit to the gallery, plus a few other tidbits of information :D

:star: How to submit your artwork...

Only vexelove members can submit to the group gallery. To join the group, simply click the "Join Group" button on the front page - you will be auto-accepted.

When you want to submit artwork, go to the #vexelove Gallery and choose the appropriate folder to submit your work to. Below is a list of the gallery folders and what will be accepted into them. Only folders you can submit to are listed.

You are only allowed to submit your own work.

You may submit 1 deviation a week so as not to overload our watchers' inboxes!

Only true Vectors and Vexels are allowed into the vector & vexel folders - if you have used any raster textures, filters, brushes or other elements which would render your piece as mixed media, such artwork must be submitted to the mixed media folder. (Collabs submitted to the 'Collaborations' folder may be vector, vexel or mixed media)

To help us with getting submissions sorted quickly, please make sure you submit to the correct folders, and help us out by writing what program & tools you used in the artist description to your deviation.

If your piece is declined and you're not sure why, please leave a polite comment in the submission correspondence message to ask us why - this means you shouldn't go deleting your correspondence messages until your submission has been accepted! This way, the admin who declined your work may provide you with a reason :)
